Sr. Sales Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant

Qualification:

  • B.Tech in in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering and Physics.
  • MBA ( Optional)
  • Experience in Technical sales, preferably in Scientific, Analytical, Testing instruments.
  • Strong understanding of Laboratory and Research workflows.
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or a Technical Sales role within the Technology Industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth through technical expertise.
  • Good technical awareness & Self-learner
  • Flexible to Travel as per Business requirements
  • Having UAE driving license will be considered an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serves customers by identifying their needs; engineering adaptations of products, equipment & services.
  • Collaborates with sales and marketing teams to effectively achieve organizational goals.
  • Continuously work for organizational process improvement, providing input to the sales and marketing teams to refine processes and cater to new and emerging market opportunities.
  • Delivers online product demonstrations using online tools available (Skype, Go-To-Meeting etc.)
  • Enter, Updates and maintains daily sales activities and client/customer information into the organizational database.
  • Plans as an effective sales targeting approach to the assigned sales territory.
  • Bring effective prospects and cold calls on business.
  • Regularly follow up on inbound leads and sales enquiries.
  • Proper and timely customer interactions on their enquiries/Suggestions, Complaints and other details by phone, online video conferences or through emails.
  • Suggests and implements a closing business strategy relative to sales.
